Customer Service Representative — Alco Air (Longview, TX)
Full-Time • Steady Schedule • $16–$20/hr • In-Person

Alco Air is looking for a Customer Service Representative to be the voice of our company — the first point of contact helping customers with their HVAC and plumbing needs, getting them scheduled fast, and making sure they feel confident they called the right place. The Role
As our CSR, you'll answer incoming calls, schedule service quickly, and keep customers and technicians connected — delivering a great experience on every call while keeping a high volume organized and moving.

What You'll Do

Answer incoming calls and get customers scheduled quickly
Assist customers with their HVAC and plumbing service needs
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and technicians
Prioritize calls, including urgent and emergency requests
Enter and update customer information accurately
Handle a high call volume while staying organized and efficient

What We're Looking For

Previous CSR or call-center experience in an HVAC or plumbing company (required)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable following call scripts and processes
Positive attitude and team-first mindset
Knowledge of ServiceTitan a plus
In-person position: 4 weekdays, 11:00 AM–8:00 PM, plus Saturday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
